Pala, CA To perform clerical and administrative duties for the Director of Marketing.
Minimum two years' experience in a high volume business enterprise; Must have intermediate knowledge in computer skills; Microsoft Office, including Outlook; Must have intermediate office equipment knowledge; Must have proper phone etiquette, strong communication, and people skills; Must have the ability to communicate selflessly, and on a variety of intellectual and professional levels with a cross breadth of extreme personalities; Ability to work in fast paced and at times stressful environment; Ability to effectively handle difficult situations and/or complaints; Must read, write, speak and understand English.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Essential Job Functions:
Works within a team environment to coordinate and schedule meetings, travel arrangements and other tasks or activities as requested (meeting participation may be required); Take minutes of meetings; Draft correspondences, financial, statistical, narrative, and/or other reports as requested; Answer internal, and external calls; Directs guests with problems and/or complaints to the appropriate department, and follow up as needed; Orders office supplies; Assists in the proper handling and distribution, of Company paperwork; Performs related and/or other duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
