Pala, CA The Human Resources Coordinator will assist in the day-to-day administration duties of the Human Resources office.
The HR Coordinator will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas:
Team Member relations, new hire orientation, benefits, wellness program, and employment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of personal computer with experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Previous Human Resource experience preferred.
Ability to work various hours and days as needed.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Must read, write, speak and understand English.
Bi-lingual in Spanish and/or Mandarin is a plus.
Essential Job Functions:
Perform various administrative functions i.
e.
maintain files, generate reports and other documents as required for Human Resources.
Assist in Benefits area i.
e.
review invoices, open enrollment, 401(k), and assist with questions and concerns.
Assist in administrative duties of employment i.
e.
maintain training requirements for Team Members, collect and review medical notes, and maintain leave of absence report Assists in the administrative duties for Team Member Relations as required.
Assists in the production of new hire orientation, Team Member events and recognition programs.
Provide consistent, prompt and courteous guest service in a professional manner at all times.
Answer multi-line telephone, with high volume of calls.
Assists with Team Member discount ticket and FitBit programs.
Research and recommend discount programs for Team Members.
Assists in all areas of HR as necessary at the discretion of management.
Maintain strict confidentiality.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
